Review of “Bobby’s Girl” (1985)

Morimoto Kouji’s fluid first-person sequence is indeed nice, but does not hold up the work as a whole. My girlfriend suggested that the letters to Bobby sound as if they were written by a pair of uncontrollably giggling 12-year-olds.
