Review of Creepshow (1982)
A delayed rebellion that might not make much sense unless you’re familiar with its pre-Code inspiration. Also a good amount of Lovecraft’s Colour, and the spectacle of Ted Danson versus Leslie Nielsen in serious roles. Abstract backgrounds bring a curious hint of Japanese animation these days.
