Group therapy with inmates and outside volunteers at New Folsom.
The emotional displays are very impressive, but it looks like ordinary primal scream therapy and empirical support for that is not very good. I would have liked to see the therapists talking about the basis for this “work” as something other than a cult of masculinity.
