Review of Where Do We Go Now? (2011)

Moving picture, 110 minutes

Seen in 2018.

Heroically prosocial women in the religious strife of 1980s Lebanon.

A musical lacking in basic believability. Most superficially, Rabih’s hair has alarmingly poor shot continuity. Most profoundly, religion itself is presented as a matter of affiliation, mere groupthink, not falsehood.
