Teen Totoro
“Teen Totoro”, me, acrylics, 2021. This version of the painting was fixed in December 2022: I added the whiskers and shaded the contours.
This is loosely related to Totoro in Space, being painted for another one of my nieces. The joke is antropomorphic: An awkward and disgruntled teen stage in the development of a totoro, intermediate to those shown in the movie.
