The Swedish Public Employment Service (Swedish: Arbetsförmedlingen) as a counter-productive bureaucracy. The script is pieced together from a sociological study of the Service itself, as described in a 2015 book by Roland Paulsen.
A puppet show with visible puppeteers, billed as a documentary. Cynical but well executed.
