The DVD publisher, Digital Meme, states no known year of release. The National Film Centre puts it in the early 1930s, IMDb in 1935 and Wikipedia, at one point, in 1931. Cathy Munroe Hotes’s Nishikata Film Review suggests 1933. It’s a “baby talkie”, apparently intended for home use rather than the cinema.
