Review of “Cuba’s Wild Revolution” (2018)

Moving picture, 53 minutes

Seen in 2019.

Examples of Cuban wildlife, purportedly preserved as a result of deliberately conservationist communist policies and slow economic development.

The English- and German-language titles both play on Castro’s revolution, whereas SVT’s Swedish-language title for this documentary means “Cuba: Where there are still animals left”. Less political, more apocalyptic.
