Two competitive cyclers on the Adriatic coast spend a race dreaming about sex as their reward. The town’s mayors have all been pantsless.
Very nice design work: Clean, plump, comedic characters. It’s too elaborate for the animation to have gripping action, but the atmosphere is very good.
