Review of “Efter floden” (2017)

Moving picture, 58 minutes

Seen in 2019.

Aquifer depletion and freshwater pollution.

It looks poorly planned, cutting together a number of interviews with Tina-Marie Qwiberg’s quasi-poetic Gotlandian-dialect narration and sometimes arbitrary B-roll. The apocalypticism is not carefully supported by evidence. I would have liked to see more of the scientists and less of the rest.
