Review of “Isaac Asimov: L’étrange testament du père des robots” (2022)

Moving picture, 54 minutes

Seen in 2022.

The work of Isaac Asimov.

Mathias Théry’s visual composition and editing are very good, apart from the conceit of a video-taped monologue by the author, which is obviously faked. I expected this to be confirmed as a courtesy by the end of the film, but instead, it was presented as a revelation, which is more distasteful than the fake itself.
