Made for an audience somewhat familiar with Islamic theology. I particularly appreciated the successful sheikh’s comparison of his imagined exorcisms to reiki. In explaining his methods that way, he mixes medieval beliefs about invisible fire-people with new-age vitalist bullshit that’s still hot in wealthy European societies.
