Review of “The Moose Detective” (2015)

Moving picture, 52 minutes

Seen in 2019.

Moose in Sweden, specifically why the population of about 500 moose on Öland is losing a lot of calves. It’s malnutrition from inadequate foraging.

A German documentary in English. Too silly, especially the exoticization of the Sámi and the gratuitous interlude about human freeloaders (the royal family) at Solliden.
