Review of The Truman Show (1998)
What strikes me upon seeing it for the second time is the melancholy mood of it, the serious horror of the paradigm shift, the fear of narcissism as well as freedom. This is science fiction, and more so than “Rumours About Me” (1972), which it turns inside out.
