Smoothly shot, but too much of an ad. People and obviously cultural landscapes appear only when they relate to romantic tourist-industry notions of old castles and skiing in the Alps. The chamois frolic to music like Heidi: A Girl of the Alps (1974), and there’s an excellent shot of bittern hatchlings in the first episode.
