The orange faction in Cthulhu Wars

Tsathoggua, the Hairy Toad, is known for Its lethargy. It has only rag-tag followers but knows frightening tricks.

The initial literary sources for this faction are thin. Lovecraft mentions Tsathoggua in passing in “The Mound” (1930), but the figure as it appears in Cthulhu Wars was really invented by Lovecraft’s friend Clark Ashton Smith in “The Tale of Satampra Zeiros” (1931).
